Description

A cow is a four legged mammal. Cows are often used as livestock for meat, milk, and hides. Cows are white, brown, black, grey, and vary in many differnt unique patterns between these colors.

Characteristics

The unique characteristics of a cow is that they have a very strong sense of smell. Cows can perceive smells at a distance of up to ten kilometres. Cows have better hearing than people too.

Why Cows?

I chose a cow for my animal because they are my favorite animals. I have a lot of cows and bulls and growing up with these types of animals has changed my perspective of them. I find cows very interesting and I love to see the different personalities that cows show once they're comfortable with you.
